Refund and Exchange Policy

Refund

If there is something wrong with the product we delivered, we will accept the replacement or return of the product only when all of the below conditions are fulfilled:

There are any problems with the product we delivered, such as a deficiency in quantity, delivery of wrong items, and apparent external defects (breakage and rust, etc.), and we acknowledge such problems.

We are informed of the defect described in above within 60 days after delivery of the product.

The product is unused and only in the original unpacked packaging.

* Acceptance of the return or replacement of the product is at our discretion.

Return & Exchange

All products from HONGYI(HK) are indicated exact manufacturer’s names and part numbers. Please check part number, brand and other related information carefully before you place order. HONGYI(HK) will not accept any return or replacement request if customers make mistake by themselves.

Acceptance conditions for returns or replacements:

  • Please make sure the receipt and check of items within one week after receipt of the goods.
  • If there are quality problems, please show the test report from authorized test houses or submitted user’s defected feedback report within 30 days. It shall not be accepted once expired. Please be sure to retain the original packaging and label for all products which need to be returned or replaced.
  • If the actual number of receipt and the model do not match, please provide photos of the receipt, goods and related pictures to prove. Once confirmed that HONGYI(HK) sent the wrong goods , RiXin will arrange the replacements timely for you.
  • If apply for returns because of product quality problems, you need to provide detailed performance test report ,which act as replacements or returns proofs for HONGYI(HK) to negotiate with suppliers.
  • About purchase order issued VAT invoice, you need to send the invoice back to us as well after returns confirmed.

Non-acceptance conditions for returns or replacements:

  • Original packaging and labels are damaged or missing.
  • Already used or tested products (with the exception of products’ quality problems)
  • If customer don’t show any objection to the quality of the product within 30 days, Rixin will take it as the product quality is fully in line with the requirements by default.
  • The customer's own mistake for the wrong orders.

Return address : If returns or replacements are confirmed, we will offer you concrete shipment address for returns or replacements.

Process time for customer service:

  • HONGYI(HK)’s customer service representatives will accept and solve return applications in 2 days after customers submit them.
  • HONGYI(HK) will refund or replace the goods after getting back returns.

Returns freight Description:

  • HONGYI(HK) will bear the freight cost caused by wrong quantity, wrong model and product quality problems.

Special terms

The Site may stop providing services temporarily without prior notice to members when the incidents have occurred,such as an emergency or regular maintenance of facilities for providing our services; a fire and power outage a disaster such as earthquake, volcanic eruption, flood, tsunami, epidemics, etc.

We take no responsibility for any damages which may be caused to members or any third parties by delay or temporary interruption of services due to a reason described in the previous paragraph or any other reasons that may arise.
